I believe in…
-
Whether it’s employees, clients or final users, placing people first all along the thinking, designing and development process will lead them to do their best work, producing the best experiences, allowing all users to feel like rockstars
-
Sharing experiences is a good start and sharing goals, intentions, results and more, leads to better collaboration. It reinforces the shared understanding by building empathy, trust and loyalty
-
A good plan is a plan that has a direction and allow for adjustments along the way, as learnings are collected. Daring to make a step and learn something brings way more value into the product than hesitating for too long because things are maybe not perfectly aligned
-
It would be lovely (maybe boring? 😬) to have a magical method for solving anything and everything. Each service, product or feature is unique and deserves a unique thinking and solution

Trying to satisfy everyone's input will dilute the vision and effectiveness. It can also blur ownership, create conflicts and lower the general innovation level. It is necessary in my opinion and experience so far, to have clear ownership and trust a leader (an individual or small team) to guide the mission
